Shivers control his flesh,
rattling bones with each breathe.
Lost in a storm of madness.
He is filled by sadness.
His tears bore holes in his soul.
His eyes dim, no more glow
From his eyes waterfalls begin to flow.
Equipped with the pain that doesn't show.
He aches from head to toe.
From his mouth haunting calls blow.
As growls from a lion stalks a doe.
In the forest,
although he resist,
he longs for death's kiss.
And an end to his sorrowful bliss
